Welcome to Dr. Kimberly Edwards!
We welcome Dr. Kimberly Edwards as the newest addition at Pacific Women’s Center. Hailing from the California Bay Area, she graduated summa cum laude at University of California, San Diego, and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society in medical school at Vanderbilt University.
Upon completion of school, Dr. Edwards returned to the Bay Area to fulfill her residency at Stanford University. While there, she received an award for excellence in laparoscopy, a minimally invasive diagnostic procedure used to examine the organs inside the abdomen. During her third year of residency, Dr. Edwards welcomed her first child, Wesley, with husband and high school sweetheart, Erik. She is happy to raise Wesley in the Eugene area where she continues the career she loves today.
Dr. Edwards takes a keen interest in minimally invasive surgery and also specializes in family planning, obstetrics, and general gynecology. Providing compassionate and individualized care is a core focus of Dr. Edwards. She looks forward to working with her patients to meet their needs and health concerns.
Dr. Edwards lived in Israel for two years during her childhood and attended an international school. In her outside work interests, Dr. Edwards enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. They love hiking with their dog, Lily, and take pleasure in other activities like camping, cooking, swimming, and reading.
